This website
rangback.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. It is static pages served from Cloudflare. Cloudflare, as the host, sees the standard connection data any web server sees (IP address, browser, time of request) and keeps it under its own terms. We do not look at it and do not keep a copy.
If you email romas@rangback.com, we keep the email so we can reply. If we emailed you first, your address came from a public business listing or your company website, and we use it for that one purpose: to tell you about Rangback. Reply "no" to any email, or write to romas@rangback.com, and you will not be contacted again. See the unsubscribe page.
If you become a client
The system we build runs on accounts in your name: your phone number, your Google Sheet, your messaging account, your scheduling tool. Your customers' phone numbers and messages live in those accounts, not with us. During the build and under the optional monthly monitoring we access them only to set up, check, and fix the system. We do not sell, share, or reuse that data.
